This is a late bump, but a friend of mine is wondering the same thing.

Apparently there's a female coworker at his place and he gets along well with her. She even invited him on a camping trip with her. Then he found out she was married, but she doesn't wear a ring or even talk about her husband.

They haven't gone on the trip yet, and even if they do there's no certainty that they'll do anything they might regret. But he still wondered this all the same.

Not knowing more about the situation, I couldn't give any advice.

It's not the sort of thing prudent people do, therefore you ought not to do it. In general, if you have to ask about it, you probably shouldn't be doing it.

Someone who is doing this is likely just setting themselves up for drama down the road. Someone who is cheating on their current partner is simply not the sort of person any sane man has a relationship with unless there are obvious extenuating circumstances.

One result of Christianity's baleful influence is that it is hard to express just what's wrong here.
