So the teachers can keep tabs on who's blowing who. It looks like from the article, this was going on during class. But the story seems fishy. Why would you pay a girl to blow someone else. Why not pay her to blow you? What's wrong with these kids these days?

Well that is the obvious one that comes to mind, but then the two involved in the act are minors and the instigator isn't. Then the whole thing is in public and on school premises at that...
