I know some parents who are completely intolerant of other kids' bad behaviour. These are usually the ones with some discipline over their own.

I snapped at some kid at the National Aquarium last week. Tons of signs saying "don't put your hands in the water" and this kid was sloooowly reaching over when I said "Don't put your hand in the water, son!" He snapped it back and said accusingly "I wasn't!" I looked him in the eye and said "Damn right you weren't."

His father watched the whole exchange and said nothing. Go figure.
