  • What annoys you most about other drivers?

Linked to my other UK thread, obviously a crash involving dozens of cars is indicative of poor driving standards in the UK such as tail-gating, driving too fast etc...

I used to think that driving standards in the UK were very good (compared to all the other countries around the world in which I have driven I still think it is the best I have come across), however recently I have become alarmed at the steadily decreasing standards in this country...

So what annoys you the worst?

It could be anything from tail-gating, to lack of indicating - to that curious American habit of driving the same speed in the 'fast' lane as in the slow lane (is there a technical term for that?)...

I of course am an expert driver.

Since i can only choose one, i'll go with "too slow". I also can't stand people who insist on driving in the fast lane even if they see faster drivers passing them in the slow lane.
    What?

...this should have been made a multiple choice poll...I'd have picked them all! But apart from that, BMW drivers...arrogant, dangerous and pushy...

          Oh yeah, bastards!

Those probably break down into various sub groups such as dorks who don't bother using their rear-view mirrors to sanctimonious gits driving at the exact speed limit and don't want anyone to 'break the law'...

Sorry I meant this to be a multiple choice...

Alot of those can be amalgamated into one category in Toronto (and I'm sure in many other places) - cabbies.

I think Volvo drivers annoy me more...

Oh, I forgot: SUV drivers - probably the most stupid section of society ever to get behind a steering wheel! At least they're trying to kill off their gene pool by accidentally reversing over and killing their own children...

...and people who talk on the bloody mobile whilst driving, especially when it shows in the standard of their driving

I forgot cabbies! Normally I am very courteous on the roads - except when it comes to cabbies!

                    And mobile phone drivers...

When They call me on the mobile, and I forgot my bluetooth headphone, I usually either answer, and tell people I'll call back, and hang up, or pull over.

People who look like they're driving drunk while actually talking on their mobiles scare the **** out of me.

Too slow and people who don't use their turn signals (but I picked the later since I have but one choice).
