Since it's a Catholic school, we know how they deal with pediphilia.
Christianity: The belief that a cosmic Jewish Zombie who was his own father can make you live forever if you symbolically eat his flesh and telepathically tell him you accept him as your master, so he can remove an evil force from your soul that is present in humanity because a rib-woman was convinced by a talking snake to eat from a magical tree...

If a private school can't figure out to prioritize it correctly, then I suppose it is closed very fast.
With or without religion, you would have good people doing good things and evil people doing evil things. But for good people to do evil things, that takes religion.

Thas not true pekka by reality my mother refers to us as her children and i am not a young child so to clarify i use the term young children to refer those that are not of the adult age.
Chegitz my point was he is a teacher, and exposed him self to a younger undercover police man and was suspended rather then just fired. the act was caught on video tape and the school district has done nothing but suspend him. He seems more of a threat to children then this lady who got pregnant with out a husband was my point To argue my use of the term pedophile is fine, to me he is a pedophile. Unless you find it ok for grown men to solicate sex in the restrooms of parks kids visit

As long as you admit your wrongness and that I was right, it's all back to normal. If not, state of war exists between us, and I always win when it becomes to war. Are you ready to submit or are you willing to lose humiliating war?

As for the religious school, as its a religious institution, as long as it takes no money from the government (i.e. those vouchers conservatives love), it doesn't have to obey certain employment laws. On the other hand, if it takes said money, it does.
Vouchers go to the parents, its the democratic way

                  ------------------------------------------------------------

The school is private, we dont give up our most basic freedoms - of association, expression, religion - just because politicians use taxes to educate children. Next a tax cut will called a government subsidy and the politicians will be telling parents what to teach their own children. Oops, they're already doing that...

So because he exposed hmself to an adult!!!!!!!! he is a threat to children!?!

That's not pediphilia. Pediphilia is adult sexual attraction to children. At what time of day or night did the exposure occur? Who else was around? Was this park a known cruising areas for gays? Was he entrapped, i.e., did the officer ask him to drop trou? Never mind, by the time I get back on the net, this thread will be long dropped.

Here's the difference, though. What the male teacher allegedly did is a crime, and though a crime, he cannot be punished until he is found guilty. Anyway, I fail to see how he's a danger to the children he's teaching since he was trying to engage an adult, and not a child. If he'd been exposing himself to a kid, that would change things.

What the female teacher did was violate her terms of employment [and admitted it.[/i] The school is within their legal rights to terminate her employment.

Ok first of all i didnt ask for the definition of pedophile second i wouldnt want that creep teachin in my kids school. I dont know about you but thats fine. If you want to get technical all the teachers in the public schools are on cntract as well. Oh as for the contract thats fine i see ur point she is on contract violated the contract. so fine she is fired, but if you ask me i think id rather have the pregnant teacher teaching my kid the then the guy exposing himself

Like I said, depends on the contract. Plenty of private organizations have a 'morality clause'. Usually for non-religious groups its so you don't stain the reputation of the business. For religious groups, its to make sure the people working for the church don't violate basic tenants.

In the US, there is absolutely nothing wrong with that. That is part of the 1st Amendment freedom of association rights.

Which is why some religious groups are against vouchers. There is a fear that taking voucher money may subject those schools to what rules public schools are subject to (because essentially they become public schools).

hey what bout state laws?? they have to be regulated to teach education dont they? just like any other place of business, they are accepting money from somewhere to operate wheter it be state or federal. I went to a catholic school and recieved reduced lunch fares those were govt funds . any way all this means is she broke contract and is released from said contract. contract law is specific in detail isnt it. what you can and cant do while under contract. Hell i should know i am a contract employee. the contract if sigend and broken by either party needs to have a written clause that it can and cannot be broken for this or that reason. If not then the woman has a case to get retribution.
