So its Question 3? Most of the people asked went for 'partially' rather than 'totally' if they even agreed with the questions at all (most didn't).
So 'partially' is put across as the middle ground answer, its pretty predictable it will get votes. Most of the sub questions are crying out for the 'partial' anwser.
Why didn't they headline the findings "Only 1 in 17 men think women are totally responsible for rapes in any situation'?.
