        While on the topic of turduckens, rumor is that the hippies down the street from me make Tofurducken. The duck and chicken substitutes are widely available at most Asian supermarkets.

            We always tack on these hunks of salt pork. My Grandmother goes on about how it is some Irish Tradition, then she goes off about sailors and salt pork. It's ok stuff, extremely salty though.

                  Actually it will only be me and tuber. The ex has the kids this year. No elderly since his folks are in utah and my mom is out of town. And we dont have dogs, cats Bit**ching and whing we have .
