Ok after this fire in my front yard and being freaked out, i called my mom when I calmed down. Being of the hispanic and indian descent she tells me to take a spoon full of sugar. I asked her why do i need to do this she said just do it. So like a good daughter i do and managed to take a nap an hour later and am calm when i wake up. Tuber said the british, he thinks, have a thing that they eat a bit of choclate after a shock is this true? Is there any other folklore stuff like this any other communitites have been taught to shrug off a shock?

I can personally attest to the powers of chamomile.
I won't go into details but I've seen it do some amazing things.
