Asrock is the lite version of Asus, so it should be quite decent. But if I were you I'd go with Asus instead.

Vista is supposed to come out in december 2006, assuming they won't delay it again...After thinking about it for a while, I think I'll just buy a brand new PC, new year or whenever Vista comes out.
