WP has substantial non-"chemical munitions" usages. The problem is when you start hiding behind those usages to accomplish goals which would be banned if accomplished by other chemicals. I don't know if the US or UK does that or not. All I know is that there are British colonels who seem to accept that as a matter of course. Maybe they're full of ****? Maybe not...

Sweden and several other countries in Europe are investigating reports that CIA prisoner transport aircraft have used airports in the countries. The opposition parties are accusing the governments for @zz-kissing the US, while the governments themselves deny knowledge and start their own investigations.
