Actually, scarily I agree:
The new Valrhona chocolate vintages have come out, and I have all three of them; I have an uberly nice place at an uberly nice university, so I get to wake up every morning to a view of a gorgeous georgian statue and realise I really am a lucky git; I've been elected to the most awesome society in the university, meaning I spend every other weekend having the best time ever at conferences and do some awesomely cool stuff during the week; I've realised it's possible to do my degree on under 20 hours a week work and I spent Friday night having a lovely long chat with a beautiful, intelligent, happy, fun and interesting girl. Even my parents are being supremely nice. Plus I have a huge, fantastically comfortable bed, which gives me an excuse to get up at 2pm
If I hadn't had a really messy break up a month (
)ago I'd be tempted to abandon my athiest roots and praise God, but at least it kinda brings me back to Earth.
