The November 1st scan must be incorrect. Maybe they scanned in the destination by mistake instead of the actual current location.

Does Amazon even ship anything from Capital Heights, Maryland? It had to start at an Amazon warehouse afterall.

How can the scan be incorrect?

Next time, make sure the UPS deliverer is a competent adult.

I'd go with this before I went with the scan being incorrect.

Any of you who have ever worked in a warehouse know as well as I do that if you ship a hundred things one of them is going to the wrong place.

We used to triple-check (literally) orders at this one warehouse I worked at, but there was still a ****up at least once a week.

Worked packing frieghters at UPS during college and I can assure you that a package that small probably got put on the wrong truck. It happens all the time.

There are about 1100 packages per truck and each Loader takes on two trucks (and in my case, a third smaller one) and they are both loaded simultaniously in a 4 hour period. So as you may imagine it gets a little difficult to check every package and its not unusual for 2-3 Small packages to slide under another box or to fall into a truck un-noticed.

For the record...Never ship anything fragile via Next day air.
