On hold

As I sit on hold listening to something worse than Musak I found myself coming into Apolyton's OT Forum.

Such a trajedy!

Fortunately, I was on hold for <10 mins which seemed like an eternity but I've definately had to sit on the phone for longer.

So the questions I have are:
What is the longest you've ever been on hold?
What type of musak was playing?

I was on hold with the MVA (Maryland's version of the Department of Motor Vehicles) for maybe fifteen minutes a few days ago.

Figuring out how to purchase a car out of state from an individual seller is much more complicated than it needs to be.
