And I haven't told me current boss that I'll be needing time off yet. I clearly don't want to tell him I'm shopping for a better job but at the same time I really want a different job and it will be oh so great to be able to give them my notice. I think I will tell them I have a doctor's appointment and just leave it at that. It's not exactly truthful but either of these jobs would be a big raise and that's worth taking a risk over.
