Go to the CivIV forums... the main forum has a subforum called release info or something. They are in there. As pointed out the graphics card is the kicker for most. It requires 64 MB of VRam, but I was able to run the AoE III demo which requires the same with 32 MB VRam... hopefully this will work as well.
