BTW: Jackie Child's phrase "I'm shocked and chagrinned" has made it's way into my everyday vocabulary.

The McDonalds' coffee story is so overplayed. That award was valid, under the circumstances.

I think you should definitely contact the manufacturer of the yogurt and let them know what happened.

Yeah. Do you still have the package the yogurt came in? They'll want to know that. The whole batch may be screwed up.

              That's skin grafts, Zkrib.

I was trying to figure out what "skin graph" is.

It was worse than that. McDonalds' execs made an explicit decision to keep the coffee scalding hot, even though they knew people were getting burned, because they did an analysis and deduced that the cost of paying settlements would be less than the cost of changing their operating procedure on the coffee.

On Topic (unless that's disallowed in this forum ) though, my guess is that the retailer will contact the manufacturer. We had a similar situation in the café that I manage (although it turned out not to be plastic or anything, just a hull of wheat), and we took it very seriously and let the manufacturer and distributor know about the problem. You certainly could give it a shot though, maybe you'd get some free yogurt

Yeah, that case is probably one of the most misrepresented in history just because it's so famous....

Upon reading your post, I googled after skin graph and came across the most disturbing image ever. Thanks a lot. And now I'm still not sure what a skin graph is.
