Supposedly two of Cheney's top aids have agreed to testify in exchange for immunity. Also there is a story floating around in the main stream media about Cheney and Rove having a meeting about the Plame leak before the leak actually happened.

Though, really, what we want is a SecState who actually cares about the Foreign Service. Most don't. Ironically, given how liberal the Foreign Service is, the two most beloved SecState's in recent memory were Powell and George Shultz, because they were great administrators who treated the diplomatic corps as integral to the mission of State.
We'll see come February how that pans out.
