LOTM to the rescue as always....

The Consitution was probably going to pass anyways, but any hints of voter fraud simply give the opponents of the constitution a ready made excuse to ignore it, whatever the truth is, and most of the time the truth is a rather irrelevant thing if it exists at all.

Fraud is bad, but I am also encouraged that Iraqi's and their own government agency triggered the audit.

So what makes Bush believe democracy would work in Iraq as long as a foreign power is there?

"Fraud in the Shia and Kurdish provinces will be of little significance, as they almost certainly voted yes anyway (which also makes you wonder why anyone bothered)"

Observers should apply this same logic to American states...i.e. who cares about democracy in alabama since they almost certainly voted republican anyway, I just don't see why they bothered?

LOL we should apply this to Alberta canadians....let Alberta rig elections as much they want, after all we all know who's going to win anyway.

And Americans wonder why they can't break out of a two-party system with this kind of mentality.

LOL and Canadians wonder why they can't break out of a ONE-party system with this mentality!
