    Camembert on baguettes... mmmm...

There's a wonderful woman on Prince Edward Island, the Gouda Lady, who makes Gouda cheese all the live long day, and they're awesome. Aged gouda is excellent, hard and crumbly, and super sharp.

My friend tells me there is 20-year aged cheddar available, as hard and sharp as aged parmesan. Expensive, though, but probably well worth it.

Cheese, fruit, bread, chocolate, and a fine wine... nothing like it.

That post takes me back to underage drinking in the high school parking lot.

Harzer Roller 4tw! Aromatic, savory and with a wonderful aroma. From its powerful stench the flies fall dead from the wall.

Depends. If it's "from the barrel" it will be salty. If it's not then it doesn't have so much salt. There is this distinction.

There's no fish milk in it as far as I know. But who knows...
Try making a geitost/raspberry jam sandwich

BTW, I read somewhere that you Americans eat a ton of Jarlsberg every hour (or something like that), so maybe you have had cheese from Norway after all.

Mozzarella has no taste at all, IMO

Edit: I like Emmenthal(er), how they call it here, too

                          Emmanthaler is my favorite cheese.

I can't have any moldy cheeses, at least until I go to an allergy specialist and find out what my conflicting test results yet. This makes me sad cuz I love cheese.
