Great news! After more than 15 hours, we have successfully upgraded the forum to v3.5. The forum upgrade and database backup actually took only one hour, but the fulltext search indexing took more than 14 hours.

Be sure to clear your browser cache! This is very important as v3.5 has new CSS and Javascript codes. if you don't you may find some of the new features not working.
