The concept of the Frauenruheraum should be revived and exported all over the world.

There are public bathes all over the world. Germany, Korea, Japan...

Pretty much, it's exactly what it sounds like. While people have private baths, a public bath is where you can go and socialize while cleaning, relaxing, saunaing...

Then again, since Greeks don't bathe, I'm not surprised you're unfamiliar with this.

Yes he means pools. They're also called swimming baths in England though, so you're wrong fooker.

Nonsense. Northeast Asia has been a paragon of civilization since its inception, some around 5000 BC.

Nevertheless, my statement about Greek hygine remains unchallenged.

Also: I was unaware of that particular Britishism; public bathhouses do, however, exist, without the seedy connotations or behavior that tends to happen in American bathhouses.

As far as your original suggestion, Ecthy, usually they don't need rooms in the rest of the world, whether they have Royales with Cheese or Quarter Pounders, just someone to say:

                        "*****, be cool."

                        -or-

"Tell your ***** to be cool."

The German spa seems more similar to the Korean 'jim jil bang', i.e. there's more 'stuff' that just pools, like saunas, massage, steam rooms, even movies.

Pay no attention to the Hairy Greek.
                          "Wait a minute..this isn''t FAUX dive, it's just a DIVE!"
"...Mangy dog staggering about, looking vainly for a place to die."
"sauna stories? There are no 'sauna stories'.. I mean.. sauna is sauna. You do by the laws of sauna." -P.

That's because most places in American went big during the indoor plumbing, and so it extremely difficult to find anyplace in the US without its own private bathing facilities. Because of that, "public baths" in the US are primarily a place that Vice is likely to go undercover and bust all the seedy activities there.

Of course, we have tons of pools, spas, saunas, hot springs and such here, and those are ususally quite above board. Massage and tanning, on the other hand, seem to have similar problems as public baths.

Even the personnel at those public baths are all women then. That, so these officials think, is a step towards integration of muslims into our society.
Well, if by integration is meant that the Germans assimilate into immigrant culture, this may succeed.
