        From the list I'd probably go with Schroeder or Blair.

          Assume that:

          1. The leader chosen must get at least 50% of the votes, and
          2. If nobody gets more than 50%, then another round of voting will take place, with a bunch of lowly peon dropped

          That will mean that the final run off will most likely to be between Hu (President of the PRC) and Singh (Prime Minister of India).
