On an unrelated note, I really can't stand the personalized Google home page. It all just seems off: The search bar is too high up when it is personalized, due to the 'Google' logo being moved from the top to the side. Not to mention Google.com is meant to look minimalistic. Granted, when you remove everything but, say, the gmail inbox and a few headline news clips, it is fine (except that the Google logo is moved off to the side, so the search bar is too high)
