Whatever happened to rape in war?

It just occured to me that I can't think of a single story about an Iraqi woman getting raped by an American soldier during the invasion and occupation of the Promised Land of WMD. Clearly, this is a serious breach of military tradition.

So, what gives? Media suppression of such stories? Too much oestrogen in the tap water? Brainwashing? Epidemic of decency?

I don't have personal experience of prison sexuality, but I don't see how rapes on men makes the apparent lack of rapes on women any less remarkable.
