FEMA chief: Victims bear some responsibility

The director of the Federal Emergency Management Agency said Thursday those New Orleans residents who chose not to heed warnings to evacuate before Hurricane Katrina bear some responsibility for their fates.

Because, of course, they all had transportation.

At least he's no longer patting himself on the back like he did last night for delivering food to the convention center - oh, sorry, he misspoke, the superdome, because they COMPLETELY MISSED the 25,000 people in the convention center that didn't havefood, water, supplies, police, authorities, etc

This guy needs to be ****canned.
