now a more interesting question is if you are a thread ressurecter. A successful one.

One who brings a dead thread from the grave and spurns new life into it. There must be at least 5 replies after you bumped the old thread.

This would be more difficult to detect using the forum tools, however. You'd have to do it manually.

I utterly suck at this. I almost only post in threads that had a reply since my last visit. I rarely go deeper than page 2.

Count how many threads there are in which you were the last poster and more than one hour has elapsed since that post. Divide that by the total number of threads in "My Threads" (For me, that number seems to be static - 3 pages @ 40 posts/page). Post your results. Perhaps we can establish a rating system based on the responses. Here's mine:

        8/120 = 0.066
okay I'm bored, so I decided to do this (I'll use a calculator for the math ).

I count 14 threads out of 120. Many of those are Civ3 threads which don't get that much action on those boards.

        14/120 = .1166667

I still play as well and we are still atracting the occasional noob-- people are still discovering new things about the game

              7/120.

Additionally, of my 120 threads a few other posters have killed around 4 of the 120, namely Az, Barinthus, Urban Ranger, and Molly Bloom.

interestingly I never really use my thread. I also clicked on the new threads tab. Never noticed that before. It appears to do a search on all new posts.
