I guess you can check on all the stock exachanges around the world. Hm, online newspapers are a good start.

Wow-- That would be quite a list-- probably several hundred juniors just of the Canadian venture exchange and I imagine similiar on some US exchanges
Plus I don't know that anyone make as list of "oil companies" worldwide . Are you looking for exploration and production comapnies or do refiners , shippers and retailers count as well? How does a company qualify? If they have two oil wells that make up 1% of their revenue are they in? You said "oil" companies. Do you mean oil or are you more thinking petroleum which could include natural gas producers, shippers, pipeline companies, strippers, marketers,traders?
