    Are we talking about the same theocratically ruled, oppressive nation, in which the opposition is generally barred, by some cleric assembly thingy, from running for, well, anything?

      if the US really wanted to have a deadline that would get **** accomplished they would say, "okay get the constitution done by 9-01-05 or we put Saddam back in power!"


      But seriously I think some people would even try to delay it so that he's actually given back to them.
