yeah good soldiers come with lots of training. That's why I recommend 5 year army to everyone suited for the service.
Oh and PS, the professionals are of course in the conscript army as well. It just has lots of other 'gas pumpers' too. Who can be motivated, who can be good soldiers. Some of them aren't. But many of them are. Has been proved many times in the past.

yes this won't be good for everyone. Only the fit body and mind willdo 5 years. AND get paid. And they get lots of free time after first 6 months and all these, and also benefits later in life.
