Dis, those people down in Mindanao are from a totally different stock iirc. Maybe they were cannables or something, who knows. This sort of thing doesn't happen where we live in Bohol.
I'd compare it to the LA riots when that trucker was dragged from his cab and some ******* threw a brick into his head while he was on the ground, with all his force. Remember that video? Well, that sort of thing doesn't happen where we live in Oregon.
