    Air America makes me happy! <3

    I live in New York and almost all radio talk show hosts have a conservative slant here.... we have people like Rush Limbaugh who are OVERT tools of the republican party, Sean hanidy who is a COVERT tool of the republican party and a hundred lesser demogauges who are all tools for the republican party.

    90% of the air time in New York, a suprisingly left leaning state is simply republican radio talk hosts bashing everyone who is not a republican.

    We have a FEW radio hosts who are not complete shills for the Republican party, like Bob Grant and Michael savage but I am not a big fan of either of them.....

    Recently I started listening to air America.

    I am in love.

    They don't really talk very much about policy, but the radio statio is almost EXCLUSIVLEY about bashing sleezy republicans. Its like injecting heroin into my veins, only in radio form! If you *REALLY* hate the republican party, start listening. It is very gratifying heh.

    Yeah, it is a guilty pleasure.

      Sean Hannity's a covert tool? Seemed pretty overt to me, at least on the telly.

      On the radio, I'll admit, it's hard to tell. Mostly because it's just callers calling in to tell him what a great job he's doing.

              Thank god that our citizens now have access to even more blatant propoganda. At this rate our poloticians will never have to address another real problem again.

                          The Republicans are trying to. About a month ago Congress tried to cut funding to the Corporation of Public Broadcasting (the guys that help fund NPR and PBS) on grounds of "liberal bias" when word of this got out, Congress was bashed for trying to harm Big Bird and the measure died.
