I hate to say this, but Heavy Metal music is dead. The best stuff came out in the 80's and 90's. The only band worth mentioning in the new century is Tool and System of a Down. Everyone else sucks.
This is why I have expanded into different genres of music. Such as classical and jazz. I'm tired of heavy metal. They are just rehashing the same riffs and rythyms from countless other bands before them.
