Bought a laptop via Outpost.com.
After a couple of days, the sound went out.
I e-mailed customer service asking if I had to ship it back to them get it worked on or whether I could take it into a nearby Fry's (their brick and mortor store). Weeks passed, then I got a response saying, "Call the manufacturer's help line."
They must be using a definition of "customer service" of which I am unaware.
As you can guess, I will never buy anything from them again.
