      I read now over 80 dead Damn. I was on Sinai myself a couple of years ago, before Sep. 11, when it till seemed (and was) all safe.....

            Apparantly, this has been the worse Egyptian terrorist act since '97.

                  What? He's still around? You'd think for these 'big guys' where they know names+ faces that they'd be able to get them fairly efficiently but I guess not...

                      Actually, most terrorist attacks on Egyptian tourist industry happened a few years before 2001. This is the first I can recall after 2001, but worse than the previous.

                      Too bad, I had some brief plans to visit Egypt sometime in the next 3 years.
