What do you do re: unwanted guests?

Can I call police on her for trepressing?

What happened was that this most annoying person I know had problems with her roommate and got kicked out. She begged my housemate to let her crash here for two weeks until she receive her welfare check from Uncle Sam. He didn't want her here either but then her mother contacted him. Out of respect for the mother (he's friend of the guest's older sister who happens to have a child with his best friend) he gave in.

The evil guest arrove last night and now I'm already cringing

No trespass until you tell her to leave and she doesn't. Even then, if your housmate says she can stay, I'm guessing the police wouldn't get involved. They would say it was between you two.

If everyone that has a right to bethere wants her out, THEN you have a trespass

Slip something valueable from your housemate in the pocket of the guest... than rat her out

I had a similar problem not too long ago.

I just told said housemate to be gone by a certain date, an she's gone.

Similarly, if you're not confrontational, and everyone is adament about not wanting her there, you could make up a lie to force her to think she has to move. For example, you all could say that your landlord (or whatever) has decided to end your lease at the end of some month in the very near future. This happens all the time. She'll then be forced to look for a new place. Then when she's started moving you can be like "oh, look, it was all a big misunderstanding", or just say nothing at all. I've always wanted to try that one.

Walk around the house naked and sit on furniture while in the buff. Very effective.
