    If you browse those forums a bit you'll see that there's 12-13 yr olds doing this. So yes, it is quite bad.

      I was actually involved in this prank. Of course, there were some big holes in it all, including how fast some people moved on this, how it was posted in MetaFilter and how some Somethingawful.com goons decided to ruin the fun (bit like General Ludd tried to do right in here, good work goon!), but all in all, it was pretty cool beans.

          A) the "moved into the new forums" was a nice touch to account for the relatively small amount of posts.
          B) The fact that it wasn't covered on somethingawful before that made me raise an eyebrow, though the same could be said for many other vaguely sexual of the hook forums.

                    Got me. I should have figured it out from the FAQ - people typically don't have promicuous sex accross areas of attraction, i.e. hetero males have NEGATIVE interest gay anal sex. I shoud have caught on.

                              Actually Wikipedia entry wasn't made by us (I think). What brought the prank down was it being leaked to MetaFilter and apparently some MeFian made the entry, which in turn led Wikipedia Internet sleuths on our tracks.

                              We planned to make a Wikipedia entry, though. For realism!
