I'm not sure, but I think that it's a competition about who are the best to shave their legs. With or without religion, you would have good people doing good things and evil people doing evil things. But for good people to do evil things, that takes religion.

If even the Dutch admit it, it must be true.
Funny how all who know nothing about the sport, vote Lance...I wonder what we could 'bout that.Is God willing to prevent evil, but not able? Then he is not omnipotent. Is he able, but not willing? Then he is malevolent. Is he both able and willing? Then whence cometh evil? Is he neither able nor willing?

I'm just surprised Lance's body hasn't fallen apart. It must take incredible mental toughness to make his body do what he wants it to do. Then you have the management and leadership of his team, which is an integral part of the sport, especially nowadays...
I know only the outline's of Eddie's career, so I can't really compare the two. But it would be tough to beat Lance.I came upon a barroom full of bad Salon pictures in which men with hats on the backs of their heads were wolfing food from a counter. It was the institution of the "free lunch" I had struck. You paid for a drink and got as much as you wanted to eat. For something less than a rupee a day a man can feed himself sumptuously in San Francisco, even though he be a bankrupt. Remember this if ever you are stranded in these parts. ~ Rudyard Kipling, 1891

Maybe so, but we are talking Eddy Merckx here. A long time ago I saw him climbing the Ballon d'Alsace. In yellow of course...
Armstrong may be one of the best ever but no one compares to Merckx.Within weeks they'll be re-opening the shipyards
And notifying the next of kin
Once again...

(This are by no means all of them btw )Is God willing to prevent evil, but not able? Then he is not omnipotent. Is he able, but not willing? Then he is malevolent. Is he both able and willing? Then whence cometh evil? Is he neither able nor willing?
