I'd like them to bring back the little ocean waves and flowing rivers of Civ. 1. I really miss them.
Who would civilized a planet without ocean waves?Statistical anomaly.

I've been playing the Civ VIII Beta and my recommendations...
The game must be waterproof for those future cities under water. And it must be heat resistant for the city that isn't.
Communism needs to be improved. It sounds good in the manual, but it doesn't even work.
Each turn shouldn't take a lifetime. I was thinking 3 generations to finish a full game - at MOST.
There seems to be programming loop with the Senate. The same pop up windows on the same trivial stuff keep coming up.
The culture flip announcement needs to be changed to something other than "I'm Lovin' It!"
My Finance and Economic Advisors' bribes are making me extremely rich very fast. Is that normal?
Maybe I'm playing it wrong, but my Military Advisor keeps giving me faulty or clearly misleading information. What good is that?
Everytime I attack someone that is evil other civilizations get upset. WHY?
United Nations is still useless.
The AI needs to be improved... no leaders starting wars they clearly cannot win. Some of the AI Civs cannot seem to progress out of Monarchy.
There doesn't seem to be any way to reduce corruption other than going to Anarchy.
The governor in one of my cities is a robot from the future, but he's stupid. He also mentions he admires Germany???

Here, here! The rate of corruption as a function of distance from the capital is way too steep. Perhaps it can be flattened out as communication advances are discovered.Long time member @ Apolyton
