actually i am a bit surprised at my banning. I been a member here at POLY for over 6 years and only been suspended for some serious spamming many many years ago. Never banned.

I believe is Sayid's abilities as a torturer=-- It should be easy to check this guy out though if they are able to mount an expedition to see the balloon, gravesite.
I don't know what the urgency was anyway. Wouldn't Sayid have been more effective to not start the beating (triggering Jack)? Over several hours of discussion, Sayid could just continue to go back over the same ground until the liar slipped up.
