I think I have to go with "We've got company", said by the driver of a vehicle that is being followed. It must be in at least fifty movies.

I'd be very impressed if anyone can come up with a quote topping that one for sheer overuse.

Oh yes. And they never finish the speech either. They always cut the scene at or before "You have the right to an attorney. If you cannot afford one..." because the actual rights go on too long.
