As the Chinese are responsible for the Pakistani bomb, which in turn brought about the North Korean bomb I think we should return the favor and offer any neighboring state a selection of older U.S. weapons to protect themselves from the Chinese behemoth. Taiwan should receive enough ballistic missle subs to fry the mainland twice over, just in case.
