So I figure there's gotta be lots of traps set for terrorists etc to pick on.. to get them in. So what kind of traps do you think there are? I'm more interested in technology based traps than the good old agents and human resources .. I'd imagine trying to be like a weapons merchant, any kind of rogue dude and let them contact myself as an agent or similar. But that's not what I'm talking about, I'm talking about technology that can be used as traps.
So if you know any of these, share.. or you can just make up what you think would be cool technology. There's lots of money to be made in security business, but there's already everyone in it so unless you have totally new concept and tech, you're not in it.. unless you can manufacture even cheaper something already existing. So it's not good to go in anymore.
Anyway, I'd be thinking about everyday products.. that everyone uses. For example the ideal would be to have a newspaper, and to be able to set in a supersmall camera in, have face recognition software on it and if it matches the certain figures, send some kind of signal via satellite back to surveillance. Well I guess that's a pipedream, but how about a book.. in the cover.. some material that the special camera can shoot through and maybe it could be made small enough to fit the covers.. activate it when the cover turns over, shooting from inside. I don't know.. or just taking the photo, sending it automatically via satellite to some kind of database, that automatically runs face recognition program and returns a result of some kind. Have it in limited circulation, make the odds that some terrorists bastards will acquire them.. you can like 'leake' the new cia field agent counter terrorism manual or something like that.. I'm sure they'll read it. Might not get the big players but maybe one semi big player. And when the plot gets known, they'll dump it so it'll work for like very little time anyway.
Well, this is not a very good idea, but I believe the fundamentals are OK, meaning that it has to be something they will likely use, and that it's a trap based on technology.
Your suggestions, please?
