Pitfall for Atari was always one of my favorites. I also liked Combat (gotta love the riccochet and guided bullets) and Qbert.

I lost interest in consoles after I bought a PlayStation 1. Last summer, for some unknown reason, I thought I would revive my interest by buying a Playstation II but it's just not in me anymore, so I returned it for a full refund with all of its contents within 30 days.

So am I the only one who had friends with parents who were to cheap to buy an Atari 2600 so they bought them a Calicovision? Boy did that consol suck; I mean it got stomped by the Atari 2600. Same guy ended up getting Atari Jaguar around 1991 when everyone else was getting the SNES.

I don't remember it being that expensive. Our family was dirt poor, and we had one. Though it may have been a used one we got a a garage sale. Maybe we weren't as poor as I thought.

I remember we had to use a layaway problem to get a commodore 64 for my brother. It was like $200. It took nearly a year for us to get it. We just didn't have the money to buy it outright.

I remember our atari had a broken reset button, so I think it was used. we had to turn it off and turn it back on to reset games.

                          Oh, oh, oh!!!!

There was a game on the 8-bit NES where you played against another human opponent. In this game you shot cannon balls at your opponent's castle walls to win and then there was an interval where you had a time limit during which you tried to reconstruct your castle walls.

Anyone know what I'm talking about?
