It's morning. What do you do to kick start yourself?
Currently, on the days I don't want to wake up, I just gradually go from zombie to fine. But is there a better way?
I'm not really interested in "acquiring a taste" for coffee, it smells bad. The hardest drug I'm on now is chocolate. A morning cup of tea just doesn't sound right. I read some people run/excercise in the morning, but after a good run/exercise I just want to rest it doesn't energize me in the short term. Cold/Hot showers do little for me as well.
And answers like a good night's sleep don't count.
