I'm a bachelor, but how often does anyone here use a wok and rice cooker? Couldn't it be possible for a (insert some other stereotypes) Mexican-American to use a taco-shell holder more than a wok? Are there poly members with a barefoot woman in a kitchen with the answers?

My parents (immigrants from Pakistan/India) use a rice cooker at least 4 times a week.

The wok comes out every once in a while, but not often. It does do stir fry really good though.

Yes, and that's basically what a rice-cooker is - a self heating pot. Completely frivelous. although I wonder if it conserves energy.

I came upon a barroom full of bad Salon pictures in which men with hats on the backs of their heads were wolfing food from a counter. It was the institution of the "free lunch" I had struck. You paid for a drink and got as much as you wanted to eat. For something less than a rupee a day a man can feed himself sumptuously in San Francisco, even though he be a bankrupt. Remember this if ever you are stranded in these parts. ~ Rudyard Kipling, 1891

Between the two, probably 4-5 times a week.

In a given week, I cook rice and use a wok-like frying more than daily, each.

Although I've started cooking my rice in bulk quantities, now, so I'm not cooking that quite as much.
