Well those are individual attacks...doesn't necessarily have to be a left-winger but someone who doesn't like those particular individuals. And let us not forget that your right-wing persecution is now an institution...remember McCarthy? And then there is the whole way that 'commie' or 'lefty' is used as an insult by you and your ilk also.
1. Know nothing about that, she is some crazy American commentator...I am sure due to her public nature she has made some enemies. That goes regardless of political affiliation.
2. Oh heaven forbid having an environment where people are free to be who they please, and allow those horrible poofs to talk about the potential of marriage and coloured people to hang around
3. Do you have any evidence of that? That sounds like pure sensationalism.
4. Heckling? So what, happens to every political allegiance...not seen a sitting of the House of Commons have you?

You mean pie throwing? I actually support throwing pies at celebrities and politicians no matter who they support.Originally posted by Ned
1. The physical attacks on Coulter and other right wing speakers.
2. PC liberalism on college campuses.
Not as big a deal as it is made out to be.
3. Giving conservative students failing grades if they speak out.
Again, I don't know anyone who would do this. I certainly don't. If they fail and get pissed at me, I sit down with them and try to show them how to make their arguments better. I don't try to change their mind.
4. Shouting down conservatives on TV "debates." On a recent view program, Rosie shouted and screamed everytime Sean Hannity tried to talk. I have seen this behavior from so, so many lefties as to be beyond number.
I've seen O'Reilly do this. It's hardly confined to the left.Only feebs vote.

Who else was attacked?
And besides, I would think someone like Coulter, who has called Ted Kennedy a rapist and a murderer, would have slightly thicker skin to brush off a sophomoric prank like the pie incident. Assault...sheesh."Perhaps a new spirit is rising among us. If it is, let us trace its movements and pray that our own inner being may be sensitive to its guidance, for we are deeply in need of a new way beyond the darkness that seems so close around us." --MLK Jr.

Yeah, Ann Coulter got a whip cream pie thrown at her and suddenly her life was in danger from the evil leftist hordes.

Coulter likes the publicity, and she's an admitted troll. You don't see people like Buckley getting attacked, do you?Originally posted by Ned
1. The physical attacks on Coulter and other right wing speakers.
It makes for a nice persecution complex and sympathy play. There are active conservative student groups on a very large percentage of campuses.2. PC liberalism on college campuses.
As opposed to giving leftist students passing grades at institutions such as Bob Jones University?3. Giving conservative students failing grades if they
speak out.
As opposed to physical confrontation by abortion protestors, books suggesting liberals are "traitors" and the screening of callers and other fun and games by Limbaugh, and other examples...4. Shouting down conservatives on TV "debates." On a recent view program, Rosie shouted and screamed everytime Sean Hannity tried to talk. Hardly the exception, but then again, the Christian right has demonstrated how well the persecution complex works as a marketing tool.etc., etc., etc.
I have to admit, though, that Savage, a right winger, does the same to liberal callers. But he is the exception. When all else fails, blame brown people. | Hire a teen, while they still know it all. | Trump-Palin 2016. "You're fired." "I quit."

We have a group at work that was banned from discussing politics because they would get carried away and not do their jobs and would start shouting at each other. People all started complaining about them. We also have this other guy who just starts shouting over everyone and cutting them off the moment the discussion starts. It's pointless to talk to himn because he starts in with soundbytes the second any discussion starts.Originally posted by Sprayber
Who all are you talking to? It's possible to talk to people about politics without having to shout. I do it with my girlfriends family everyday and with people at work.
The net seems much more hateful these days. Then of course there is TV where they get paid to be *******s to each other..
Most of my close friends can discuss things normally though. We can disagree without taking things personally. We the people are the rightful masters of both Congress and the courts, not to overthrow the Constitution but to overthrow the men who pervert the Constitution. - Abraham Lincoln

It's a pity she isn't a radical feminist. She could complain that it was a sexual assault, since the cream clearly symbolizes semen and the whole thing was designed to degrade her to the status of a slave object by unconciously suggesting a cumshot.Originally posted by Oerdin

Oh but MtG don't you know that the surest way to be cool on a message board is to question the intelligence of the said message board! As it is always an imaginative thing to do and not a cliche at all!Originally posted by MichaeltheGreat
That's why you hang out here, right?
The reasons for this being so are unclear for me but that's how it is and that's how it's been
So Bods is pretty much the Mr. Cool on the forums right now
