Everytime somebody gets elected, people move their way up.

I kind of like the system. It makes it tough for a group of people to have an instant impact. Votes are collected over time, and it kind of evens out the individual election period swings. I look at most of the people who have tons of votes, and they are all good candidates.

From my opinion - yes.

This is only the 4th election where I have been nominated / voted for.

From my initial votes of 25, they have grown by 8 points, then 9 points, then 14 points. None of those numbers are remarkably high.

And while I am here, thank you one and all for your votes and comments. Alll quite humbling indeed.
