                I'm glad you asked.

                Huge underground caves, thousands of them, created by clean neutron bombs and fitted with grow lights powered by a global network of ultra modern nuclear fission reactors. These provide sufficient light to grow vast amounts of corn, wheat, and other foods that are both nutritious and good for you using cutting edge hydroponic techniques. Also, small herds of cattle and sheep are raised, as well as chickens and pigs serve basic protein needs, and are themselves fed by waste from the underground farms.

                For desert we have ice cream.
