    Upbeat Techno-ish Music

    and....

    Classical Music (motivational if possible)

    Well, if I combine those two, I'd come up with Astral Projection.

          Wagner - Orchestral Highlights. Label: Naxos. You have all the classics, including the Ride of the Valkyries. Its basically an introduction to Wagner for people who can't stand opera: its purely instrumental, so there's no singing.

          Beethoven - Symphony no. 7 (particularly the second movement).
