I am quite fond of my Zen. We hooked it up to a friend's stereo system, and the sound was absolutely terrific. I've no complaints with it so far.
Well, it's a bit late now. Besides I needed to get it today so I could charge it, load my music on to it, and get it ready to travel with me to Latin America. I know that was poor planning on my part to do things at the last minute but ce la vive. Right now I'm charging it and loading the software for it on to my computer. After that it's time to start loading all of my music on to it.

I know that most of my music is in .wma files with a few older mp3s but I also have some files in the real audio format that I've downloaded over the years. Do you know if the Zen Touch supports the real audio format or do I have to convert the files into another format?

Asher, is it possible to capture streaming audio files when you are, say, listening to internet radio? BTW thanks for your help with the Zen Touch. It looks awesome an I can't wait to take it for a spin.

As you might be able to tell from our name, headphones are our bread and butter! Helping people make the right choice for themselves is what we live for.

For headphones I'm looking at the Beyerdynamic DT 231. So far they're the best rated sub-$100 head phones I've found on the market.

If you wear your iPod externally, you're dumber than I thought.

                    No, doesn't support Real Audio.

                    Use this converter: http://www.dbpoweramp.com/dmc.htm

Of course it's possible. The way I do it is with my sound card though...it's possible in the sound recorder program it came with to record "What You Hear". Whatever output is being sent to the speaker is also dumped to a .WAV file.

Well, I suppose it is hip as a fashion accessory.

Along with all of the other gear like Abercrombie that the sheep are wearing these days. Go with the flock.

If you want to look cool, go with the Micro.

The pulsing blue border is mesmerizing.

You can buy one to match each outfit!

Also the new Zen "Neeon" for the lamest fashion chic:

Piano black finish, 7 LED backlight colors to choose from (menu option on the player), 10 different faceplates to choose from, custom faceplates also.

                              I don't wear Abercrombie.

That player is ok, but only when its lit up.

Old Navy is just a poor man's Abercrombie. Same flock-of-sheep crap.
